What you pay for, when editor access starts, and how renewals and refunds work.
Single Plan includes one template slot and 1 month of editor access. Studio Pack includes 5 template slots and 3 months of editor access. Both are one-time purchases.
Additional template slots are one-time purchases. A slot increases your template capacity but does not include or extend editor access.
Editor access covers online editing, AI features within your allowance, and new downloads. When access expires, these features stop. Templates you already downloaded continue to work on your computer.
Each Editor monthly payment adds one month of editor access. If access is still active, the month starts when your existing access ends. If access has expired, it starts after confirmed payment. AI allowances are per account, not per template, and are one balance of AI credits (1 per dashboard generation or AI edit): the months bundled with a plan are one upfront total for that window, each Editor month bought afterwards is its own monthly period, and unused credits do not carry into the next period.
An AI top-up is a one-time purchase added to your AI balance, and each template slot you buy adds a few AI credits to it too. AI top-up credits expire one year after purchase; the credits that come with a template slot do not expire. It is used only after the allowance for the current period has been used, and only while editor access is active; if editor access ends, the unused balance is kept and becomes available again when editor access is renewed.
Editor monthly renews automatically every month and Editor annual every 12 months, until cancelled, and neither can be paused. An account holds one Editor subscription at a time. Each confirmed payment adds one month or 12 months of editor access from the later of your existing expiry or payment confirmation. The billing schedule and next payment date are shown at checkout or in your subscription details.
Cancel before the next renewal from the Billing page in your account, through the subscription-management link in your Paddle email, or contact support@csv.design for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops future renewals; it does not end already-paid editor access or automatically refund the current period. Downloaded templates continue to work.
Prices are in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payments and applicable taxes. Review the final total and any recurring charges before confirming payment.
Purchased access and template slots are granted after csv.design receives verified payment confirmation. Your Paddle transaction email provides your payment details and access to billing documents.
For each Editor monthly payment, the 14-day voluntary refund window starts on the month’s start date, not the payment date. The month must remain unused: any online editing, AI editing, or download during it ends voluntary refund eligibility. Usage during an earlier access period does not count as using a future month. AI top-ups are not refundable once any of the added allowance has been used.
The same rule applies to each paid period of Editor annual. See the Refund Policy for full conditions, including template purchases and technical problems. These voluntary conditions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law or Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.
